Integrative Therapy is a style of Counselling that adapts itself to the individual client. We consider the needs of each person and tailor sessions in a way that provides maximum support as progress is made. By using a combination of different approaches we ensure that a client is not ‘made to fit the style of therapy’ rather it is the other way around. Some therapists specialise in certain models of counselling, but we prefer to use all of our experience and training to provide the right style of counselling for each client, and can be flexible as our clients’ needs change.
